We have a diverse range of real estate experience including both single family and multifamily renovation / re-positioning. We also have experience with managing and acquiring commercial buildings. Our conservative approach and analytical skills enable us to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize client returns while preserving their principal.
Founded by husband and wife team Adam and Shawnda Beckstedt, Welkin Equity continues to search for the best return on investments that are available. We have built a strong network of seasoned real estate professionals and trusted advisers to source, close, and manage investments for not only us but our investors as well.

Adam and Shawnda are high school sweethearts who own and manage several multifamily and single family homes within Indiana and Ohio. Adam has owned and managed a multi-million dollar company based on customer service and built strong relationships for nearly 2 decades before selling it at its peak in 2016 to focus on real estate.
Eager to help others in need, they spend their time giving advice to new investors and entrepreneurs looking for answers through local meet-ups, mentoring, and Adam has started his own YouTube channel to help others learn not only about real estate, but investing in other avenues as well.
Robert Ritzenthaler

For the past 17 years Robert has been involved in completing over $1 Billion of commercial and multi-family real estate transactions from New York to Florida.
During that same time Robert was instrumental in building a commercial construction company and property management business to further monetize the portfolio investments that were made. Robert has also spent time on Wall Street helping raise capital and launch a $72 million technology hedge fund.
He has guided equity partners on over a dozen acquisitions ranging from real estate to manufacturing and been responsible for raising capital for these projects and completing due diligence. As a CPA with many years of CFO experience, Robert also understands the importance of knowing the numbers and managing risk.

Originally from Denmark, Jens now resides in Colorado enjoying the wondrous mountains. Jens is an avid cyclist and outdoorsman in his free time. He has a passion for IT, Real Estate, and helping others. In addition to hundreds of apartment and mobile home units, he also owns thousands of storage units.

A Fort Wayne native, Jay continues to grow his family business alongside his son-in-law Kyle Cassidy. He is a landmark real estate investor in the market and has spent a countless amount of time teaching and helping others.
